Access Options

There are four methods available for customers to access companies registered to the TexBoxDirect service:

  • Text Access: V.18 modem technology allows communication with all compatibly existing textphones: Minicom, TextLink9100, DTS…
  • Mobile Access: Callers using DSPG’s ToMobile application for mobile phones.
  • SMS Access: Send SMS and receive SMS to a virtual number assigned to your company provided.
  • Web Access: Visitors to your company’s website will be able to make live-text calls to you from the Textphone Online application embedded into your website.

Operators will receive both text calls (Text Access, Mobile Access, Web Access) and SMS (SMS Access) using the TexBox Communicator.

Companies can select which TexBox Direct access methods are more convenient and suitable for them.
